Please advise us when you enquire about any allergies you or your guests may have that you think we need to know about.

Unless specified otherwise, all our cakes will contain wheat, gluten, milk and eggs. We sometimes use nuts in our kitchen too. We can do a limited range of gluten free cakes upon request. We do not do dairy free or vegan cakes.

We bake from our home kitchen in Chartham, Canterbury and hold a 5* Food Hygiene rating.


Cakes can be collected from our home kitchen in Chartham, Canterbury. Please ensure you have sufficient space in a flat boot or footwell in which to transport your cake. Store your cakes in a cool, dry place in the box/s provided, but not in the fridge, prior to your event.

Alternatively, we may be able to deliver your cake order.  Our delivery charge is £5.00 for Canterbury addresses. We can sometimes deliver further afield but a minimum order value may also apply. For wedding cakes, any delivery costs will be based on mileage to and from your venue. Once your cake order is collected or delivered, it becomes your responsibility.


We have a lovely collection of cake stands that are available to hire as part of your cake order. They are £5.00 - £10.00 to hire and must be returned to us within 2 working days afterwards.  A security deposit will also be charged in case of any loss or damage.  This will be refunded once you have returned the stand to us.


Payment is by BACS online transfer, or PayPal if this is not possible. We can also accept cash. A deposit may be asked to secure your date and the cake order must be fully paid for one week before the order date. We do not do cash on collection. Please note an enquiry does not secure a date. For wedding cakes, a £75.00 deposit books in your order and your balance payment is due by a month beforehand.


We do get booked up, especially in the spring and summer months with wedding cakes. 3-4 weeks is usually helpful for non-wedding orders, especially for bigger occasion cakes. Cupcakes are easier to fit in at shorter notice. For wedding cakes, we suggest 12-18 months ahead of your wedding day, especially if your date falls within the peak spring-summer period.
